Property Assistance Network LLC ("Property Assistance Network," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use propertyassistancenetwork.com, why, and the control you have over your information.
Property Assistance Network is a private real estate investment company. We help property owners facing tax or mortgage foreclosure understand every option available to them — for free. One option we may offer is buying a property for cash, always clearly disclosed. We are not a law firm, government agency, non-profit, HUD-approved housing counselor, the IRS, or your lender, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

We do not use your information to sell you unrelated products, and we never charge property owners a fee.
We text only the people who asked us to. There is exactly one way to start receiving text messages from us: you fill out a form on this website and tick the SMS consent box yourself. The box is unchecked by default, and consent is not a condition of any purchase or service — you get the same free guide and the same help whether you tick it or not.
If you consent, we may text you at the number you gave us, about the property and inquiry you told us about. Message frequency varies with the conversation (typically 3–5 messages per inquiry). Message and data rates may apply under your carrier's plan.
What we keep as proof of your consent. When you submit the form we record, on your contact record in our customer system: the exact consent wording that was displayed to you, whether you ticked the box, the date and time, the page address, the IP address the submission came from, and the source that brought you to us. We keep that record so we can show — to you or to a phone carrier — that you asked to hear from us, and so we can honor an opt-out permanently.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message (STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT all work). Opt-out is immediate and permanent — you will not be texted again unless you opt in again yourself.

We do not text phone numbers taken from public records, purchased lists, or any third-party data source. We do not sell or share your phone number, your mobile opt-in, or your consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or any other purpose. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Separately from text messaging, we also reach out to property owners whose situation appears in publicly available county and court records — for example, a property scheduled for a tax sale or a foreclosure sale. That outreach is by postal mail, and in some cases a phone call. It is never by text message. Those two things are kept completely separate: a number we did not receive from you, with your consent, on a form on this site is never added to text messaging. If you would rather not hear from us, say so on the call, reply to the letter, or email hello@propertyassistancenetwork.com — we honor Do Not Call and removal requests immediately and permanently, and there is never any cost or obligation.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing. We may share limited information only with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, the software that runs our forms, messaging, or email), and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit access to it.
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
